Fixing a Squeaky Door Hinge with WD-40

My old wooden door had a noisy, squeaky hinge that made opening and closing it frustrating. I decided to use WD-40 to restore smooth movement. I applied a small amount of WD-40 to the hinge, allowed it to penetrate the rust and grime, and then moved the door several times to distribute the lubricant. The result is a quiet, smoothly operating door hinge that looks and functions like new.
